This event will showcase early childhood programs and providers that play a critical role in promoting early literacy.
Invite your children and families to an evening of reading.
Demonstrate your program’s
commitment to emerging literacy skills.
You will meet young families and can distribute your program materials.
MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PROGRAM
IS REPRESENTED
HOW CAN YOU PARTICIPATE?
Commit to 15 minutes on April 23 to read a children’s book.
Tell us if you can read in a language other than English.
Bring your staff to meet young families. Stay and have some fun.
Meet families as children create their own bookmarkers.

To give as many programs an opportunity to participate, we will limit each program to one 15-minute block. Please let us know the children’s book you want to read, and an approximate time you can attend.
We will send you an event invitation for your families.
There will be snacks and a make your own bookmark activity for children.
